Info:
MCPatcher is a free Minecraft patcher. While it used to be one of the few ways of making your Minecraft support HD texture packs, with the "new" Minecraft's built-in support for them, it is nowadays mostly used to install mods in a clean and easy way.
MCPatcher basically places selected .zip files in your minecraft.jar. This can be used to install mods, texture packs and other goodies.
