Single Player Commands allows you to make commands that change the game-experience for you in-game. Such commands include changing time and weather, spawning mobs and items, healing and feeding yourself (and others) and more!
It now supports multiplayer as well, but only certain commands and only if you have high enough privileges on the server (for example OP).
